Did you active TRIAL mode (which used for pro version) before? Imo, trial mode is a chronoform feature for customer who wish to use the full features of chronoform for a short time

We are using Free chronoform version, Free version is good enough, if you need more feature, buy pro version.
You can hide credits by using css code.

Done, it takes few hours to upload all files to your server, sometime server disconnected while uploading file but its okay now.

Its normal, I deleted all files then uploading the quickstart package to your server, We will create a fresh installation for Beauty Quickstart
I uploaded the quickstart package to your hosting. However, this hosting does not support unzip the package

So that means I need to upload one by one to the server?
Note: Sitegroud is the best hosting for joomla, I recommend it instead your current net ftp based hosting
