Warptheme grants you a revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use products sold on the Warptheme website in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
Upon making your payment, we shall provide you with a receipt of the payment made, whereas all of the products purchased shall appear in your profile under the “My downloads” section. If purchased products do not appear in the “My downloads” section, please contact us within 24 hours, or just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to solve the problem and make the purchased products available for your immediate download.
We provide technical support for Warptheme products only with our support system, forum, documentation and tutorials. We will not provide any support via email or Twitter. If you have any membership or billing questions please send an email to email@example.com, we will make every effort to respond to your queries within 16 hours.
We know there is a difference between what is considered technical support and customizations. We are committed to help you with any type of support query, however we can’t provide extensive help in terms of customizations. In general customizations may look simple but you will require solid knowledge of web technologies and programming skills to do them or hire a professional who can do it for you.
The e-mail address you provide should be a valid address in order to contact you without delay. We recommend using your main email address and check your junk box in case our messages are directed there automatically.
Photos that are used in our demo serve for demo purposes and are not included in the template packages. These photos used for demonstration purposes, are used to provide the visitor a functional preview of what the theme or template would look like once content has been added and photos uploaded. Therefore, it is your responsibility to add your own images and photos.
We are offering a full or partial refund within 7 business days starting from the moment when the member makes the payment. However, due to the nature of the non-tangible digital goods, refunds can only be issued if the item is malfunctioning, corrupt or does not work as described AND our support staff is unhelpful to help you solve the problem.
So that, before you make a purchase be sure that the theme you choose is right for you by free test-drive it.
If you are having any issue with the file, trouble setup, or have any questions, please make sure that you thoroughly read the item’s documentation. If you cannot find out the answer, please go to our support forum, we will do our best to resolve the problem.
Any information submitted by the buyer will be used solely for the purpose of completing the transaction, delivering the product, providing information about new product releases and addressing any customer service issues.
Warptheme gives no warranty or guarantee for our themes and extensions in any manner. Browser compatibility should be tested viewing the demonstration installations on the demo sites. Please ensure that your browser works with our theme demos before making your purchase. We strive to do our very best to provide you with products that are fully tested using all modern and up to date browsers. Therefore, we may not be responsible in case your browser is of an old or out of date version, or if your browser do not function well with our demos.
Warptheme products will always be developed and updated for an optimum performance with the latest and most up to date versions of Joomla and WordPress. But, we are not in position to guarantee the length of time these versions of Joomla and WordPress remain supported before they are phased out.
