You should carefully read the following terms and conditions. Your purchase or use of WarpTheme.com products, membership or services implies that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
1. License
All Warptheme products are GPL compliant, and all their PHP files are also licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). However, they can contain images, CSS and JavaScript files which are NOT published under the GPL. These files run independently and are accessed directly by the web browser with no processing by any PHP files. They are released under the Warptheme Proprietary Use License.
There is no limit on usage of our products by the active members during their membership period, but technical support may be available only for limited domains as outlined under various membership plans.
It is not permitted to put any non-GPL parts of our products in a modified, changed or even unmodified version on a disk, website, P2P and any other medium or use it for resale purposes.
2. Delivery
Instant downloads are available! After we have successfully processed your payment, your membership information will be sent to the email address you provided. This may take up to 1 hour, but it usually happens within minutes. If you do not receive an email after this time period, please contact us by sending an email to info@warptheme.com. After receiving your account details, you have instant access to your purchased software and the support center.
3. Payment
We accept PayPal, 2Checkout, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We do not store payment/card information in our server. After your payment has been completed, log into the member area to download templates/themes.
4. Support Policy
Warptheme provides technical support for its products to customers with active memberships only. The support is exclusively provided through the Warptheme ticket support system. Further, support is exclusively offered via our forums and ticket system available for paid users. Support for free products is offered via forums only.
Support scope is limited to bug fixes and helping users attain demo site alike display. Customization support is not part of the support and only Developer members are provided with limited customization support.
Warptheme products are provided as is, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish, nor do we guarantee that our products will be compatible with third party software or services.
5. Price Changes
Warptheme reserves the right to modify, change, cancel or upgrade a plugin subscription and/or license key without prior notice or consent. Prices of all products are subject to change without prior notice or consent.
6. Assignability
You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license or Warptheme Developer subscription to anyone else without prior written consent from Warptheme.
7. Refund Policy
Warptheme offers refunds to unsatisfied customers within the first 14 days of purchase. Please contact us, so the support team can try to resolve your issues. If mutual agreement cannot be reached, a refund will be provided.
8. Subscriptions & Automatic Renewal (Developer Package)
The Developer Package ($99) is sold as automatically recurring subscriptions that renew each year on the anniversary of the purchase date. This applies to Developer Package Only.This subscription will automatically renew at the end of the annual license term unless the purchaser cancels their subscription prior to the automatic renewal date. We cannot grant refunds on renewal payments. We will send you an email 2 weeks prior to your renewal date, and you may use this opportunity to cancel your subscription before the renewal payment is automatically processed.
If you choose to cancel your subscription your license will expire on the anniversary of the original purchase, and you will no longer receive updates and support for the Developer Package you have purchased.
8. Disclaimer
Warptheme.com products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products. We are not licensed to provide certain true-type fonts (TTF) that might be used on any or all of the provided templates. These require you own or purchase the fonts from their respective owners.
