Wordpress added new tags for custom structure so simply add the new structure to suite your needs, example /%category%/%postname%/

Just go to menus -> main menu -> select the menu item you wish to remove the background -> tab Helix Page Title -> here you can remove the Background Image

Could you please ask your hosting provider and verify that the mail function working fine? Some hosting disable mail function so we need to verify that.
