Could you please submit the question to SP Quick Contact developer’s website ?
Make sure you add the same Joomla administrator email for sp quick contact email address field

Open custom.css file then give a try with

ul {
    list-style: inside;
}

This is a conflict issue between Uikit2 from Warp 7 based themes and Uikit3 for Extra add-ons.
I can create a custom extra-addons version for use using custom PREFIX to avoild the conflict issue, more info https://getuikit.com/docs/avoiding-conflicts#custom-prefix
The solution is changing the prefix uk- from uikit3 to custom prefix like wt-
