Which php version are you using? Quix 1.9.1 included in quickstart and it requires php 7.x
If you cant switch to php 7.x, I can provide the quix package 1.9.0, its working fine with php 5.x

Warp7 framework itself does not support sub-level menu like that. The sub-level will be added below the parent menu item like this https://imgur.com/a/7PCm3

Are you using Free template edition? If yes, these features are not support for Free version. We are using Quix page builder with our custom css style for quix element like Person to build the sample data.

Quix page builder 1.9.1 included in quickstart, version 1.9.1 came with new cache system and it support php 7.x only.
If you can switch php version, I can provide the package 1.9.0 that working fine with php 5.x
