I am using health center template for my website https://sumtalks.com. I installed the RS Comments component but it doesn’t work well. The component developer says it is because the template is made using bootstrap 4 and the component using bootstrap 2. How do I resolve this?
He also mentioned an error with bootstrap.min.js file.
I also enabled reCaptcha for the comments but it is not working. RS Comments say it works on Joomla default template as shown here https://sumtalks.com/blog/introduction-parenting-children?template=protostar

Hi Robert,
I found a solution for this case, You can duplicate the Health center template then assign it for Joomla Blog menu item then load the bootstrap version 2 via template settings -> Custom Code -> Custom javascript.
Grab Bootstrap version 2 here http://getbootstrap.com/2.3.2/ (copy whole bootstrap.min.js code then place to custom javascript textbox)
