You can see the text via en-GB.tpl_wt_ruby_pro.ini
For breadcrumb text: Open custom.css file then add

.sp-page-title h2 {
    font-size: 36px;
    font-weight: 700;
    line-height: 36px;
    text-align: center;
    text-transform: uppercase;
}

you can change the font size to suite your needs.
