hi i have wt ruby full installation joomla pack. after installation on host i cant install any extentions and some times cant save any changes on joomla for example users or hikashop. can u please help

It seems a problem with “Unable to write to the /tmp directory” or the tmp path is not correct, could you please check the permission for this folder ? Make sure the permission 755 assigned for all folder and 644 for all files.
