Dear Adrian,
Please check and switch your php version from 5.x to 7.x then recheck.
Quix page builder 1.9.1 included in quickstart, version 1.9.1 came with new cache system and it support php 7.x only.

If you can switch php version, I can provide the package 1.9.0 that working fine with php 5.x
